GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO BE HELD MARCH 7-9 IN PALM SPRINGS
Member systems' trustees and senior staff along with representatives of CALAPRS 2010 sponsor firms will gather in Palm Springs on Sunday, March 7 through Tuesday, March 9 at the Doral Desert Princess Resort. The annual CALAPRS educational conference, "Public Pension Systems Entering a Decade of Change" features presentations and discussions on topics germane to the public pension business in California. NEW CALAPRS ADMINISTRATOR SELECTED
The CALAPRS Board of Directors is pleased to announce the agreement with Holland-Parlette Associates, Inc. of San Francisco for administrative services and a new CALAPRS headquarters office effective January 1, 2010. The offiice is located at 575 Market Street, Suite 2125 in the financial district of San Francisco. Kerry Parker, CAE and Lindsay Johnson will serves as the new administrators. CALAPRS new telephone number is: 415-764-4860. Rich Goss and Jackie Hyde will continue to work with CALAPRS transitioning through June 30, 2010.
SPONSORSHIP INVOICES HAVE BEEN MAILED
CALAPRS 2009 Sponsor Firms were mailed the 2010 Sponsorship Invoices in December. Firms that have changed their mailing address or representative should contact Lindsay Johnson at ljohnson@calaprs.org with the change so the 2010 Sponsorship Invoice may be properly addressed.

The information exchange and networking round tables for trustees and staff of California's public retirement systems for April - June 2010 are scheduled as follows:
The Accountants' Round Table will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010, at the Ontario Airport Marriott. The chairs are Mike O'Kelly of the San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association and Henry Solis of the Ventura County Employees' Retirement Association.
The Administrative Assistants' Round Table will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010, at the Ontario Airport Marriott. The chair is Carol Fenn of the San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association.
The Information Technology Round Table will be held Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Ontario Airport Marriott. The chairs are Jenny Sadoski and Maria Weese of the Orange County Employees' Retirement System.
The Trustees' Round Table for the board members of member pension systems will be held Friday, June 4, 2010, at the San Jose Holiday Inn. The chair is Caryn Maddalena of San Luis Obispo County Pension Trust.
The Attorneys' Round Table for retirement system legal counsel will be held at the San Jose Holiday Inn on Friday, June 4, 2010. The chair is Julie Wyne of the Orange County Employees' Retirement System with Ashley Dunning. Member retirement systems may register their legal counsel to attend by sending an email to register@calaprs.org.
The Communications Round Table will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at the San Jose Holiday Inn. The chairs are Nicole Dailey of the San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association and Ryan Albert of the San Diego County Employees' Retirement Association.
The Benefits Round Table for the benefit managers and staff of the member systems will be held Friday, June 11, 2010, at the San Jose Holiday Inn. The chair is Helen Olson of Sonoma County Employees' Retirement System.
The Investment Officers' Round Table will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010, at the San Jose Holiday Inn. Chair to be determined.
The Administrators' Round Table will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010, at the San Jose Holiday Inn.
